Dogs

We know you love your doggie and like to take him/her every where. And why not? That’s the whole point of the VDub lifestyle. However, we would like to set a few basic ground rules and how we allow dogs on site:
Dogs are allowed in the camping area and the car show area.
Dog may not enter the event arena
The management reserve the right to remove any dogs and their owners that have shown threatening behaviour
Please be aware the Vdub At The Pub is situated in a beautiful rural area including the river stour where your lovely hounds would love to take a stroll and try to catch a rabbit!

Gas BBQ
Bin Bags

Respect

Vdub At The Pub is a family show and we would like to keep our friendly vibe going.
Please respect the quiet snoring zone and other campers in the late evening. We all know drink makes you clever but please don’t advertise the fact too loudly whilst the kiddiwinks are trying to sleep.

Litter

Please clean after yourself throughout the weekend and at the end of the event as you leave
Pleas please limit your alcohol to a suitable for your group (no binge drinking)

Cooking /BBQs

Just a reminder to let you know that we can’t allow bbqs or open fires onsite. all cooking should be done with gas. Sorry if this is a pain but the we have to conform to the health and safety regulations of the site

Don’t forget there will be lots of lovely grub available from full range of food outlets.
