You must read the following details before booking a trade pitch.

We had a great time at our August event and part of that was due to the wide range of stalls and pitches we had available. Some wicked stall holders set up and sold their wears over the two days. From clothes and jewelery to kites and juggling poi, we had them all. All that, tied in with a great range of international food meant we had it all on offer! If you’re interested in joining the vibe this Summer and you think you’ve got some great produce or stock to share with our Vdub pals then why not hire a pitch?

* All stall holders must have evidence of liability insurance if you are undertaking physical activities (Eg. Zorbing, bouncing castle etc.) or have an enclosed space.

* Food stalls will be treated separately and must contact us before booking. Food stalls will be charged at a different rate to trade stalls
* Plot sizes must include van/car parking (additional parking away from pitch is available).
* All store holders must be equipped with their own fire extinguishers.
* Over night security of stock is stall holders responsiblity.
By placing this order I have read and understood the above regulations.
 Minimum Plot Size
Minimum plot size is 6m depth by 5m frontage. You can extend your frontage for £6 every metre up to 10m. Please select from the dropdown below.
