Vdub is a great event for families and kids and there's plenty to enjoy. Steamship Circus host a number of activities and crafts so make sure you visit them at their stand. We also have rides on the miniature steam train; facepainter; a funfair complete with a big wheel, dodgems and hook-a-duck. Don't forget that on Saturday we host a fun sports tournament hosted by SB Fitness - kids can sign up to take part in 5-a-side dodgeball and football! More details on activities and info here.
Music starts on Friday at 5pm, where our resident DJs will be spinning some vinyl until late. On Saturday and Sunday we have a cracking line-up of bands, performers and DJs with performance across 2 stages: the main 'PUB' stage and the 'Vintage/Acoustic/Dance' stage. Check out the line-up here. Vdub is proud to showcase local and emerging talent, if you are interest in performing please drop us a message at info@vdubatthepub.com.
We have a lost child point at the Box office/Shop. If your child is lost at the event, they should make their way there in the first instance or they can find a member of staff/security to assist them. Parents sometimes find it helpful to write their name and contact number on their child's wristband so that they can be called if they become separated from their child - we think that this is a great tip!
Yes we do! Come and see us at the Vdub shop (next to the entrance/box office) where we stock a range of hoodies, tshirts, hats, bottles and more. It's also where you'll find the infamous 'Vdub Sticker' (all sticker proceeds go to supporting our Charity, The Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance - so when you're buying a great-looking sticker, you're also supporting local causes!) The best place to purchase merch is at the show as we can't guarantee that stock will be available after the event, but if it is you'll find it here.
